the Leftover jaffle is what the jaffle was made for !!!! Little pockets of leftover Goodness.
As long as you have bread, cheese and butter, and what ever is in the fridge or the cupboard there is no limit to what you can make.
In this case i made a pretty simple jaffle from our leftovers in the fridge.
The first of our Leftovers is Hot Sopressa Salami from Norton st Plaza grocer, one of our favourite deli's and one of our favourite salami's. This was left over in our fridge from a chilli off that my boyfriend and his best friend from Scotland have been participating in since he moved in with us ( hence the Reaper Chilli from the previous blog)

Camembert and Ham left over from sandwiches i made for a friends baby shower,
I love adding different cheeses especially gooey cheeses like camembert or brie ( to me the cheese lamen they are pretty much the same) add your standard tasty cheese bread and butter and you have a tasty leftover Jaffle.
Add all the ingredients together however you want and never skimp on the butter.
